Festool s.r.o.

A project in the Festool company, which is the manufacturer of hand tools. Our solution is used in the production line of shafts that are mounted in cordless screwdrivers. The core of the solution is the collection and visualization of data from production machines (PLC) and measuring systems, interactive (HMI) terminals for production operators and ensuring communication between the production and measurement centre. The main benefit of the solution is transparent information about machine availability, quality and productivity, from which we are able to adequately calculate OEE of the line. ..and what was the most successful ?

Alfmeier s.r.o.

Very nice and successful project in the company called Alfmeier CZ which deals with manufacturing components for fluid systems and seating comfort systems for automobile industry customers. The objective of this project is automatic data collection from machines with emphasis on clean data without any input from operators who could possibly introduce distortions in the data. And do you know what? Together, we did it! We helped Alfmeier achieve transparent production. About 100 PLC devices are connected on end-of-line tests (EOL); these are devices that measure every single manufactured piece on a particular production line - 100% testing. Alfmeier increased productivity by 10% and that's only thanks to online information from the production line and visualization panels placed across the production line and quality control stations. And what else was a success?

collection of data on technical liquids in automobile assembly

As part of technical inspection of automobile assembly, we ensure the collection of continuous and attributive characteristics during inspection of technical liquids and batteries. This means checking brake fluid, engine coolant, battery voltage, and air conditioning components. Everything is done in a web application with the help of our modules Fenestra and myBeDa.

Approval of a single piece in metal stamping shop floor

In order to ensure the correct approval in metal stamping, it's necessary to check 1 or 2 pieces from the beginning of production. Workers can now use a tablet and check the products intuitively thanks to the myBeDa module. All measurements are then available in the Ordo module that manages workflow and distributes orders to correct places.
